Travis Crickard (HC)

  • 2020-2021 is Travis’ first season with the Waterloo Wolves
  • 2015 to 2020, was an Assistant Coach with the Kelowna Rockets (WHL)
  • helped lead the Rockets to four 40 plus win seasons, two BC division titles, three Western Conference Finals, the 2015 WHL Championship and a berth in the 2015 Memorial Cup final
  • 2016 to 2017 coached with Hockey Canada at the World U-17 Challenge
  • 2013 to 2014 was as an Assistant Coach with Ottawa 67’s (OHL)
  • 2012-2013 was the Ottawa Jr. 67’s Midget AAA’s Head Coach; the team won the Waterloo Gold Puck, Ontario Eastern Midget Hockey League (OEMHL) Regular Season and Playoff Championship, Central Region Midget AAA Championship, and a berth in the Telus Cup National Midget Championship Final.
  • 2012-2013 was named OEMHL Coach of the Year
  • a native of St. John’s, Newfoundland, Crickard played Junior A hockey for the Flin Flon Bombers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and the Woodstock Slammers of the Maritime Hockey League
  • Travis has a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and competes in Olympic Weightlifting
